The administration of the Lunasolar.energy online store (hereinafter referred to as the Online Store) guarantees the absolute confidentiality of information received from its registered users. The Online Store guarantees complete confidentiality when processing orders and makes sure that the customer information is used for the sole purpose of fulfilling the order received. Your registration details are necessary for our managers to contact you by phone and for the delivery service to ensure that your order is shipped to the right destination within the set time frame.

• Use or operation of the equipment.
• Lack of warranty certificate, cash register receipt, or payment slip.
• Changes to the equipment set as compared to that specified in its technical description.  Any mechanical damage to the equipment.

In the event of technical malfunctions, the buyer shall be entitled to a refund or replacement only after receiving an expert report from the service center.

Should there be any discrepancies between the goods received and the order placed (incomplete delivery, incorrect model or quantity of goods, etc.) or if there are other issues not attributable to the buyer, the customer shall be entitled to contact the store consultant within 7 days to resolve the issues.

The customer shall also be entitled to refuse the goods and demand a refund. The seller shall refund the customer within 7 days of receiving the goods in proper condition (with no evidence of operation) and as a complete package.

Terms and conditions for returning goods in proper condition:

1. The product must be in its original marketable condition and show no signs of use
2. The original packaging must be kept
3. Documents confirming the purchase of the goods (delivery note, receipt) must be provided
4. The shipment must be made on the customer's behalf
5. The buyer is responsible for the cost of returning goods in proper condition
